The important thing for you is that no matter what you choose, you will not have to pay any legal expenses until your case is finalised. Please note that this does not include disbursements, which are charges that are outside of our control.
The ‘no win, no fee’ arrangement is generally not available in non-compensation claims, such as family, criminal or employment law.
